I’m so glad I found Ideal Image Liberty Place. My daughter was experiencing ingrown hairs and foticulitus. We went for a free consultation and was able to make an appointment two days later for Laser Hair removal. Its office is kept up to date and very clean. The Staff is very friendly and professional. They offered us a bottle of water as soon as we went in. The wait was less than 10 minutes. Everything was explained to us again and the procedure room looks new, very professional and once again CLEAN. My daughter was made comfortably and told any time you need a break just say. She did great no breaks and only slight stings. One visit down 7 more to go. We made a day out of it each visit in the beautiful Liberty Place stores and food court. Parking is connected to the building and Ideal Image offers a sticker for discount. I highly recommend this business. Thank You Christina for being so patient and kind.
Today was my last session at the Ideal Image Liberty Place in Central Philadelphia. I am very happy with the treatment and care I received by all the staff like Jordan at the front desk, and Gaby, the provider who worked with me and performed many of my treatments. I have hirsutism and had a lot of facial and neck black thick hairs. I had a lot of anxiety being around people and always compared myself with others who did not have my endocrine disorder. In order to feel semi comfortable being around people, I would pluck my hairs various times throughout the day every day. I was both amazed and excited to find out that everyone who worked with me were nurses. They took meticulous time to go over my medical issues and medications. They also reviewed my medical information before all my treatments. They wanted to coordinate with my medical history with permission to ensure that treatments could be given accordingly. If there are were any medical concerns they would have me see my doctors and then get the newest updated information and results in order to continue treatments. My experiences with everyone were positive. Their dedication, expertise, experience, and professionalism were commendable. I am delighted to say that I am happy with the results and no longer feel inadequate or embarrassed around people. I will continue to come back to get touch ups twice a year or as needed. I would definitely recommend the Ideal Image in Center City Philadelphia.
The service here at Liberty Place in Philadelphia was wonderful. Jordan B. at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It was my first experience at the 1625 chestnut street location. It was an amazing experience everyone was welcoming, prompt and my treatment was done by Gabi and she did a perfect job! She listened to my needs and made the appropriate recommendations. All the staff from the front desk to the clinic manger were very helpful! Thanks definitely will be coming back!
I had the best experience with Kristina and Jody at Ideal Image. I was a little hesitant from my own research on Ultherapy but I did my lower face and jaw and couldn’t believe only certain places stung a bit. It was way easier than I was expecting! I’m a few days post op and there was no downtime, no redness or pain. I’m excited to see my results.
