Dawn is very very professional. I’m always comfortable during my sessions. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and thorough with the facials. I used to experience a lot of itching after my facials. I’ve never had this issue with dawn. She takes her time and my face always feels clean and rejuvenated after. Highly recommended.

I love the energy given at each appointment! Dawn really cares about your skin and gives honest recommendations to improve my it. It also helps that I fall asleep during my sessions w/her! Thats how relaxing you feel but overall, I have seen my skin improve w/the Skincare regimen she provided to me (which is huge for me). I always look forward to seeing Dawn every 2-3 weeks!! Thanks for caring about my skin!

She explained what my needs were going forward and so far i trust her process. Looking forward to going back. I found NewGrade Beauty on Instagram and immediately feel in love with their facial videos! You could instantly tell the level of professionalism and detail to attention when it came to skin care.
My instincts were correct! I booked immediately and received a Royal Treatment facial from Dawn who is the owner and skilled esthetician. She took her time to assess my skincare needs, which included soothing my hyperpigmentation. She recommended natural alternatives, one which smelled like lemon custard and made my skin smooth and glowing!! The facial was heaven and the hand massage was an extra bonus.
I can’t wait to book a follow up appointment soon. NewGrade Beauty comes highly recommended!
